Auspice Announces New Remote Management and Diagnostics Solution for Field Services

OpsLogic FieldView provides a new level of remote network service assurance and subscriber support for field services technicians

Waltham, MA ― June 17, 2008 ― Auspice Corporation, the leading provider of real-time operations automation and network service assurance solutions for communications service providers, today announced the launch of OpsLogic® FieldView. This new remote management and diagnostics solution enables field service technicians to resolve customer issues faster and more efficiently by providing a single, comprehensive view of cross-system status and device information.

OpsLogic FieldView’s web-based, on-demand access offers real-time status information about customer cable modem and E-MTA devices, while correlating status information from customer billing and provisioning systems . It also allows field technicians to view KPIs via their handheld devices and creates a permanent Subscriber Certificate of Record “SCORE Card™” that produces an auditable record of installations and repairs. The SCORE Card is used to verify day-after installation status and records installer success rates.

In addition, FieldView enables technicians to view information from the provisioning system, as well as the CMS, for a full 360 degree view of the subscriber’s environment and associated systems.
