Doug Potts Named Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Product Development at Auspice

Waltham, MA – August 15, 2006 – Auspice Corporation, the leading provider of real-time operations automation solutions for communications service providers, today announced the appointment of Doug Potts as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Product Development. Doug has over 30 years of network operations experience.

Doug joins Auspice from Comcast Corporation, where he served as Vice President of National Voice Operations since November 2002 and served as Executive Director and Vice President of Network Operations for Comcast (AT&T Broadband) since July 1999. He was responsible for service assurance and Network Operations Center (NOC) functions supporting voice and communications product lines. His most recent assignment with Comcast has been the implementation and operation of Comcast Digital Voice (CDV).
