AUSPICE AND JACOBSRIMELL INTEGRATE VoIP SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND ASSURANCE SOLUTION

Joint solution showcased on Cisco Systems stand #915 at the VON conference September 20-22 in Boston

Boston, MA: September 20, 2005 – Auspice, the leading broadband service assurance solutions provider and JacobsRimell, the leading provider of customer-centric service provisioning and management solutions will unveil their integrated VoIP service platform at the Cisco Systems booth (#915) during the VON conference on September 20-22.  The joint solution, a direct result of the technology alliance formed between the two companies, will allow cable and telecommunications operators to more easily and reliably implement and manage VoIP products and services for customers.

With the integration of their market-proven solutions, Auspice and JacobsRimell are delivering advanced VoIP functionality to Cisco Systems-based operators, giving them greatly increased functionality and control over their VoIP infrastructure by using a common data model. This approach provides a single point for service activation and provisioning, together with a more proactive service assurance solution enabling operators to turn on services efficiently and then ensure that the service continues to be delivered with the best possible quality.
