Auspice and JacobsRimell Announce New Strategic Partner Alliance

Tighter integration delivers more reliable service assurance and service management and provisioning solutions to leading communications service providers

Framingham, MA – September 13, 2005 – Auspice Corporation, the leading broadband service assurance solutions provider, announced today that it has entered into a partner marketing agreement with JacobsRimell Inc., the leading provider of customer-based service provisioning solutions.  The agreement enables both companies to pursue joint marketing, interoperability testing and development opportunities, building broader and stronger solutions for service assurance, service management and provisioning. The partnership will harness the power of each company's market-proven technologies by delivering tighter integration of Auspice’s service assurance and JacobsRimell’s APS™ based service management and provisioning solutions allowing operators to deliver more reliable services more efficiently.

Auspice and JacobsRimell currently provide Service Assurance and Service Management and Provisioning solutions to Comcast’s network infrastructure. They are also integrated components of Cisco’s Broadband Local Integrated Services Solution (BLISS) framework, and their joint solution addressing the challenges of rolling out large scale, reliable and high quality VoIP solutions will be demonstrated during VON Boston September 19-22, 2005 at the Cisco Partner Pavilion, booth #915.
