AUSPICE® CORPORATION LAUNCHES USERS GROUP
First Annual Users Conference Focuses on Business Impact of Auspice TLX®-Based Operations Automation Solutions, Best Practices for Network Operations Automation and Solution Development
Framingham, Mass. ― March 5, 2004 ― Auspice Corporation, a leading vendor of real-time systems integration and operations automation software and solutions for service providers, has launched a nationwide users group. To kick off the event, the company will host its inaugural users conference in Breckenridge, Colorado, from March 31 through April 2, 2004.
"With our TLX platform firmly positioned at the core of the leading service providers' network operations, we have an active and growing customer base ready to share their best practices ― an industry-wide community of developers and end-users," said Rick Berthold, Auspice CTO and Executive VP of Engineering. "With our customers actively expanding the use of our TLX platform for automating technicians' manual processes across their organizations, it is natural to take the next step in our corporate evolution and create a national users group. We maintain strategic relationships with our customer base and are actively promoting free exchange of ideas, collaboration and networking among operations, IT and engineering management and solution architects industry-wide."
Entitled "TLXchange," Auspice's first annual TLX users conference will enable Auspice's customer base of leading service providers to exchange their experiences with Auspice's TLX operations automation platform. The platform is used by these service providers to automate the full range of operations support staff functions ― from service provisioning and auditing, to event and threshold monitoring, event correlation, scope of problem and root cause analysis, proactive network health management and intelligent trouble ticketing. TLX-based solutions integrate and automate processes across service providers' existing business systems, operational support systems and network elements.
Through keynote presentations, case studies, break-out sessions and roundtable discussions, the event will address the following topics from senior business and technical management viewpoints:
The March 31 through April 2 inaugural TLX users conference will held at Beaver Run in Breckenridge, CO, one of America's premier ski resorts and conference centers.
