AUSPICE® EXPANDS INTO NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Software Firm Opens Larger, Class-A Facility to Meet Growing Customer Demand

Framingham, Mass. ― January 15, 2004 ― Positioning itself for continued growth, privately-held six-year-old Auspice Corporation has moved to a larger, more functional site for its corporate headquarters. The new headquarters is at 175 Crossing Boulevard, Framingham, MA, in a multi-building Class-A corporate office park that includes well-known businesses such as Computer Associates and Staples Corporation. The new facility represents a 25 percent increase in space from Auspice’s original Framingham facility, with an option to nearly double its space in 2005.

Auspice’s new headquarters accommodates a growing software engineering staff and provides ample space for customer and partner training, laboratory testing, and customer and partner meetings. Conveniently located in Metro West, the building is adjacent to Route 9, just one mile from Route 90/Mass Pike Exit 12. The office park also includes a Residence Inn ― convenient lodging for visitors.

"The new facility goes hand-in-hand with our engineering, sales and marketing plans for growth," said Steven Birer, Auspice President and CEO. "2003 was a year of significant new product development, solidification of long-term customer relationships and increased brand awareness for Auspice. Our new headquarters provides us with an excellent base from which to execute our 2004 initiatives, including filling strategic positions in engineering and sales to meet the market opportunities that lie ahead."

About Auspice

Founded in 1997, Auspice, The Enterprise Control Company, is the first commercial developer of an enterprise control software platform that enables enterprises and service providers to manage disparate technology infrastructure in an orchestrated manner to dramatically improve operations reliability and efficiency. With its roots in the modern-day manned space program, Auspice’s TLX® platform was originally developed for mission-critical and complex operational environments, such as the International Space Station (for NASA), which are characterized by heterogeneous systems that demand absolute reliability. Auspice is also the developer of the TLX-based OpsLogic™ Broadband Solution Suite ― a set of integrated operations automation applications for broadband service providers. The OpsLogic Solution Suite was developed on and can be extended with the Auspice TLX platform to meet the specific needs of individual service providers. Auspice TLX and Auspice OpsLogic applications are currently deployed at leading North American service providers. Visit www.auspicecorp.com.
