Company Demonstrates Advanced Management and Monitoring Solutions for Tiered Broadband Services and Cable Home Access
Anaheim, Calif. ― December 3, 2003 ― Today at the Western Show, Auspice Corporation, a leading provider of real-time operations automation software, unveiled two next-generation broadband cable operations automation solutions that will enable service providers to cost-effectively manage new residential broadband services, including tiered IP-based service levels and value-added home networking remote management services.
The two solutions are the newest members of Auspice's OpsLogic™ Broadband Solutions Suite, an integrated set of operations support system (OSS) solutions used by premier cable broadband service providers. The OpsLogic Suite is based on Auspice's industry-leading TLX® Real-Time Systems Integration and Operations Automation Platform, also used by premier service providers to build automated OSS solutions to match their unique environments and business practices.
New OpsLogic Solution for Tiered IP Services

Auspice also demonstrated today its new OpsLogic Service Visibility Portal (SVP) for Home Access service management. The new solution is an extension to Auspice's market-proven OpsLogic Service Visibility Portal, a solution used by major service providers' customer care representatives to solve customer-reported broadband service problems "on the spot."
