The ARRIS Reseller program is designed to be simple, flexible and fast, allowing for realistic and timely responses to customer and market conditions. ARRIS promotes and extends technology innovation to its Resellers enabling the Reseller to become a regional ARRIS specialist. Current and developing customer requirements are met by combining ARRIS resources, knowledge and solutions with those of the Reseller organisation, resulting in a new and focused force in the local market. There are many benefits to establishing a Marketing and Sales relationship through the ARRIS Reseller program:

  • Subject to mutual agreement and where relevant, ARRIS will create a PRESS RELEASE announcing the new (or updated) partnership. We will mail this to relevant press contacts, designated Reseller press contacts and customers as appropriate. ARRIS will also mail and promote this via other communications methods at its discretion.
  • ARRIS registers nominated Reseller staff members for access to its RESELLER EXTRANET. This provides on-line access to a comprehensive library of up-to-date sales, technical and marketing documentation.
  • ARRIS provides the Reseller with the latest TECHNOLOGY and PRODUCT TRAINING*.
  • ARRIS works to assist and support the Reseller with the creation of mutually beneficial, strategic market PROPOSAL, RFI and RFP bid work*. ARRIS works to provide the Reseller with SALES ENQUIRIES and REFERRALS*.
